The Growing Roster, 2017
A series of B-Boy & B-Girl graffanimation characters rendered as electronic vector drawings. The characters have been drawn in adobe illustrator with the mouse track pad as scalable vector graphics. I love drawing in adobe illustrator, both the screen and print output is always so great. It is a challenge to not use a tablet to drawn on with out a digital pencil. Limiting myself to one finger and the track pad forces me to think differently, to slow down, to allow new line qualities to reveal themselves. Im really happy with the outcome, and the composite of characters.
The growing group are a part of the graffanimation crew, the electronic digital, NYC.
Most of these characters will be applied to new animations, paintings, and a series of vinyl stickers…and then some!
